Warranty, Refunds, and Payment

For all items not covered by our Full Circle Guarantee, SuccessAmp warrants services provided and perform them in a workmanlike manner. Notify us of any problems in writing within thirty (30) days after completion of the service. Upon reviewing your issue we will make our best effort to correct any problems we find. Any remedy is limited to the original written scope of work. Unless noted in a signed “MASTER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT”, no refunds or other remedies shall be given.

The warranty above is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

Unless otherwise set forth in a signed work order, services shall be invoiced at SuccessAmp’s current standard time and material rates and charges.

Each invoice shall be due and payable within fifteen days of the invoice date. Client agrees to pay a late payment charge at the rate of one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) per month, or at the maximum late payment charge permitted by applicable law, whichever is less, on any unpaid amount for each thirty days (or portion thereof) that any payment is in default. SuccessAmp may apply any payment received to any delinquent amount outstanding.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Michigan.
